LYL-17USZK stainless steel inner chamber vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace introduces internationally advanced technology, environmentally friendly electric furnace, developed through independent R&D by integrating advanced technologies. It features a sophisticated, rational structure and a refined, aesthetically pleasing design. The outer casing is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and finished with a premium, durable two-tone imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray coating, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. High-quality resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, or molybdenum disilicide rods serve as heating elements. The double-layer furnace shell with an air insulation layer maintains a low surface temperature. Key advantages include a balanced temperature field, low exterior surface temperature, fully adjustable heating rates, and high energy efficiency. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber materials using CNC processes, providing exceptional thermal shock resistance, tolerance to rapid heating and cooling cycles, high corrosion resistance, and resistance to sagging, crystallization, and dusting, ensuring a long service life with no pollution. The control system employs microcomputer-based AI regulation technology, featuring PID adjustment, fully automatic control, and self-tuning capabilities. It supports multi-segment programmable profiles for various heating and holding steps, achieving high temperature control accuracy. The system utilizes integrated thyristor modules and phase-shift triggering. The protection system includes independent safeguards against over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, leakage, and short circuits. The furnace boasts a high degree of automation, with all performance indicators meeting advanced standards.
This furnace is equipped with a vacuum pump (Model: 1 set -8 type), and a condenser tube assembly is required between the vacuum pump and the furnace interface. Operating Atmosphere: Supports atmosphere protection (compatible with various inert protective atmospheres) and includes a pre-configured vacuum connection interface.

O-Ring Seal with Four Handwheel Compression: Achieves an excellent sealing effect. This ensures more uniform sintering of products with gas inside the furnace. It can maintain pressure for 72 hours without leakage. The door is easy to open and close. (Traditional rectangular doors using peripheral screws and rubber gaskets cannot meet sealing requirements, waste gas, lead to oxidation during firing, and are prone to stripped threads and degraded sealing over time, failing to meet technical specifications.)

Safety Protection |
1. When using the electric furnace for the first time or after long-term shutdown, baking is required; otherwise, it is easy to cause furnace cracking. 2. Keep clean regularly and check whether the furnace wiring is in good contact. 3. When using the electric furnace, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. It is forbidden to pour various flammable liquids and molten metals into the furnace. 4. During operation, generally below 300℃, the heating rate should not be too fast, because the furnace chamber is cold at the beginning of heating and needs to absorb a lot of heat. |

Friendly Tips |
1. To ensure the normal service life of the equipment, please do not run at the rated temperature for a long time. 2. Carefully check and verify the quantity of goods and accessories upon receipt to avoid inconvenience caused by missing or incorrect items. 3. To extend the service life of the instrument, we recommend a heating rate and cooling rate of 10℃/min. 4. The cooling rate should not exceed 5℃/min. 5. This furnace has no vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced. 6. After this furnace has been used for a period of time, slight cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect usage. At the same time, it can be repaired with alumina coating. |
