Thermal Shock Testing Furnace LYL-1700°C Series
The Thermal Shock Resistance Testing Machine of the LYL-1700°C Series integrates advanced introduced technology with independent R&D, resulting in a high-performance, energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and innovative electric furnace. It boasts an advanced and rational structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The outer shell is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, processed by advanced CNC machine tools. It features a luxurious and durable dual-tone imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray coating, offering excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. High-quality U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods serve as the heating elements. The double-layered furnace shell with air insulation enables rapid cooling. Key advantages of this furnace include uniform temperature distribution, low external surface temperature, freely adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates, and high energy efficiency.
The furnace chamber is constructed from high-purity composite alumina fiber material using CNC-controlled processes. It exhibits strong thermal shock resistance, excellent resistance to rapid temperature changes, good corrosion resistance, and is free from issues like collapse, crystallization, or slag shedding. It is non-polluting and has a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer-based AI regulation technology, featuring PID control, full automation, self-tuning functions, and multi-segment programmable cycles for setting various heating, holding, and cooling programs. It achieves high temperature control accuracy. The system uses integrated modular thyristor control with phase-shift triggering. Protection systems include independent overtemperature, overpressure, overcurrent, leakage, and short circuit protection. The equipment features a high degree of automation, with performance indicators reaching advanced levels.
The equipment consists of the furnace body, furnace door opening mechanism, sample clamping mechanism, cooling water tank, and control cabinet. These components are designed as an integrated unit. The furnace door opening mechanism is a linkage system that allows the operator to stand at a safe distance from the door during electric push-button operation, preventing thermal radiation exposure. The device can clamp up to 3 samples at once. It includes a track and a tilting function. The tilting operation is performed safely and conveniently via remote control. The sample chuck can rotate horizontally for easy sample loading and observation of end-face damage. The control system utilizes PID control technology, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature regulation. It can record the number of quenching cycles and immersion times. The sample chuck is made of stainless steel. Both voltmeters and ammeters are digital displays. The counter and timer are equipped with alarm functions for user convenience.
This equipment is primarily used for determining the thermal shock resistance of refractory products. It is manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in the Chinese standard YB/T376.1, "Test Method for Thermal Shock Resistance of Refractory Products."
