Brief Introduction
The LYL-20RUS series safety-type stainless steel frit furnace is a high-temperature, energy-saving and precision frit furnace. Developed independently with introduced advanced technologies, it is a new energy-saving and environment-friendly electric furnace. It features an advanced and reasonable structure with an elegant and generous appearance. The outer shell is made of high-quality stainless steel plate processed by advanced CNC machine tools, delivering excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Equipped with premium heating elements and an air cooling system between the double-layer furnace shell, the furnace can cool down rapidly.
It boasts advantages such as uniform temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast heating and cooling rate, and outstanding energy-saving performance. The furnace chamber is constructed with imported composite alumina fiber materials via CNC processing technology, featuring strong thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag falling and no pollution, as well as a long service life.
The control system adopts microcomputer artificial intelligence regulation technology, supporting PID regulation, automatic control and self-tuning functions with multi-segment program programming. It can set various heating, heat preservation and cooling programs with high temperature control accuracy. It adopts integrated module silicon controlled rectifier control and phase-shift triggering. The protection system is equipped with independent over-temperature protection, over-pressure, over-current, electric leakage, short circuit and other protection functions. With a high degree of automation, all technical indicators have reached the advanced industry level.

This equipment is widely used in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises for experimental and production purposes involving powder, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, new materials, chemical engineering, metal sintering and metal heat treatment.
