Brief Introduction

The LYL-18SRL series safety-type fully automatic high-temperature frit furnace is an upgraded version of the frit furnace. It features faster, more stable and safer feeding, more convenient material flowing and more thorough crushing.
It is a new energy-saving and eco-friendly electric furnace independently developed and manufactured by adopting advanced imported technologies. The furnace boasts an advanced and reasonable structure with an elegant and streamlined appearance. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate processed by advanced CNC machine tools, and finished with luxury and stylish imported two-tone epoxy powder electrostatic spraying. It features high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Equipped with premium heating elements and an air cooling system arranged between the double-layer furnace shell, the equipment can achieve rapid cooling.
The furnace has outstanding advantages such as uniform temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast heating and cooling rate, and excellent energy-saving performance. The furnace chamber is constructed of imported composite alumina fiber materials through CNC forming technology, featuring superior thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance. It is free from collapse, crystallization, slag falling and pollution, and enjoys a long service life.
The control system adopts microcomputer intelligent regulation technology, with PID regulation, automatic control and self-tuning functions, as well as multi-segment programmable control. It can set various procedures of heating up, heat preservation and cooling down with high temperature control accuracy. It adopts integrated module silicon controlled rectifier control and phase-shift triggering mode. The protection system is provided with independent protections against over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, electric leakage and short circuit. With a high degree of automation, all performance indicators have reached the advanced industry standard.
