We currently operate a super kiln factory with two premises, located in Gaoxin and Xin'an, with an annual production capacity of up to tens of thousands of units. We are capable of customizing and producing non-standard high-precision electric furnaces and kilns according to user requirements.
The super factory integrates various production processes such as research and development, design, furnace body sheet metal fabrication, electrostatic spraying of the furnace body, high-temperature refractory assembly, intelligent automated electrical assembly, complete equipment debugging, factory calibration, and quality inspection.
Liyu Kiln has introduced multiple large-scale CNC machining center automation equipment, utilizing digital intelligent control technology to address previous challenges of low quantity and quality in manual operations, as well as the inability to replicate production.

Using a microcomputer-controlled CNC bending machine, bending parameters are programmed according to engineering drawings. The metal sheet is then accurately positioned and formed through automated operation, ensuring precise dimensions and consistent quality for every component.
Experienced welding technicians fabricate the equipment frame by precisely welding all pre-cut steel structural components into an integrated assembly. The frame is then professionally polished to ensure strong and reliable weld seams, as well as a smooth, flat, and aesthetically pleasing surface finish.
The furnace exterior is coated with a premium dual-color imported epoxy powder finish using an electrostatic spraying process. This durable coating provides an attractive appearance, excellent resistance to high temperatures and corrosion, and long-lasting color retention without fading.
After the furnace chamber is formed, it is installed into the furnace body together with the heating elements and thermal insulation materials. The electrical control system is then assembled and connected to complete the furnace construction. Before shipment, each furnace undergoes comprehensive testing and commissioning by experienced technicians to ensure all functions operate correctly and meet our quality standards. Only qualified equipment is approved for delivery.
Following successful inspection and performance verification, the furnace is transferred to the finished goods area for final preparation and shipment.
To ensure maximum protection during transportation, each furnace is carefully wrapped with moisture-resistant protective film and secured with shock-absorbing foam materials. The equipment is then packed in sturdy wooden crates or reinforced cartons according to the product size and shipping requirements. This professional packaging process effectively protects the equipment against moisture, vibration, impact, and accidental damage during transportation.
We work with reliable logistics partners to arrange delivery by sea, air, rail, or express service according to customer requirements. All shipments are carefully organized to ensure safe, timely, and efficient delivery to customers worldwide. Upon request, we can also provide the necessary shipping documents and export support for international orders.
