The Rotary Tilted Vacuum Atmosphere Tube Furnace incorporates advanced technologies and is an independently developed, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and novel electric furnace. It features an advanced and rational structure with an elegant appearance. The outer shell is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by advanced CNC machine tools and finished with a luxurious, aesthetic dual-color imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray molding process, offering high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It utilizes high-quality joint-venture resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, or silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements. A forced-air cooling system between the double-layer furnace shell allows for rapid cooling. The furnace boasts advantages such as uniform temperature distribution, low surface temperature, adjustable heating, soaking, and cooling rates, and energy efficiency.
The furnace chamber is constructed from composite alumina fiber material using CNC technology, providing strong thermal shock resistance, excellent resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, and preventing collapse, crystallization, or slagging. It ensures no pollution and a long service life. The control system adopts computer-based artificial intelligence regulation technology, featuring PID adjustment, automatic control, and self-tuning functions. It supports multi-stage program programming for various heating, soaking, and cooling cycles, ensuring high temperature control accuracy. It utilizes integrated module thyristor control with phase-shift triggering. The protection system includes independent safeguards against over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, leakage, and short circuits. With a high degree of automation, all indicators meet advanced international standards.
This equipment is widely used in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises for experiments and production involving powders, electronics, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, new glass materials, chemicals, metal sintering, and metal heat treatment.

Keep clean regularly and check whether the furnace wiring is in good contact. 3. When using the electric furnace, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. It is forbidden to pour various flammable liquids and molten metals into the furnace. 4. During operation, generally below 300℃, the heating rate should not be too fast, because the furnace chamber is cold at the beginning of heating and needs to absorb a lot of heat. |

Friendly Tips |
1. To ensure the normal service life of the equipment, please do not run at the rated temperature for a long time. 2. Carefully check and verify the quantity of goods and accessories upon receipt to avoid inconvenience caused by missing or incorrect items. 3. To extend the service life of the instrument, we recommend a heating rate and cooling rate of 10℃/min. 4. The cooling rate should not exceed 5℃/min. 5. This furnace has no vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced. 6. After this furnace has been used for a period of time, slight cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect usage. At the same time, it can be repaired with alumina coating. |
