The LYL Series Vertical Tube Furnace is a new type of energy-saving and environmentally friendly electric furnace independently developed by Luoyang Liyu Kiln Co., Ltd., incorporating advanced technologies. It is mainly used for high-temperature precision annealing, devitrification, ceramic glaze preparation, mold annealing, powder metallurgy, plastic powder experiments, sintering of nanomaterials, quenching of metal parts, and heat treatment processes requiring high-temperature conditions.
Durable Housing: The shell adopts a double-layer structure made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The surface is treated with high-temperature baked paint for long-lasting durability.
Efficient Cooling & Stability: Equipped with an air-cooling system, the furnace offers uniform temperature distribution, low surface temperature, and fast heating/cooling rates.
Advanced Vacuum System: Features a specially designed vacuum system that is easy to operate, offers high vacuum levels, and minimal leakage (Ultimate vacuum: 10⁻⁵ Pa).
Reliable Sealing: The sealing system utilizes stainless steel flanges combined with furnace tubes and high-temperature resistant O-ring silicone rubber seals. Gas flow is controlled by needle valves after passing through flow meters. The system includes intake, exhaust, and vacuum valves, allowing for the filling of inert gases such as Nitrogen and Argon.
Energy-Saving Chamber: The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material using CNC technology, saving 30% more energy compared to traditional electric furnaces.
Intelligent Control: The control system adopts microcomputer AI regulation technology, supporting 50 program segments for various heating, soaking, and cooling cycles, ensuring high temperature control accuracy.
Precise Regulation: Utilizes crystal modular thyristor control with phase-shift triggering and high-quality heating elements.
Safety Protection: The digital control panel provides protection against over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, thermocouple breakage, and power failure.

Safety Protection |
1. When using the electric furnace for the first time or after long-term shutdown, baking is required; otherwise, it is easy to cause furnace cracking. 2. Keep clean regularly and check whether the furnace wiring is in good contact. 3. When using the electric furnace, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. It is forbidden to pour various flammable liquids and molten metals into the furnace. 4. During operation, generally below 300℃, the heating rate should not be too fast, because the furnace chamber is cold at the beginning of heating and needs to absorb a lot of heat. |

Friendly Tips |
1. To ensure the normal service life of the equipment, please do not run at the rated temperature for a long time. 2. Carefully check and verify the quantity of goods and accessories upon receipt to avoid inconvenience caused by missing or incorrect items. 3. To extend the service life of the instrument, we recommend a heating rate and cooling rate of 10℃/min. 4. The cooling rate should not exceed 5℃/min. 5. This furnace has no vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced. 6. After this furnace has been used for a period of time, slight cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect usage. At the same time, it can be repaired with alumina coating. |
