Brief Introduction
The rapid cooling slide tube furnace LYL-12HLG adopts advanced technology and is independently developed and manufactured as a new energy-saving and eco-friendly electric furnace. It features an advanced and reasonable structure with an elegant and generous appearance. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by advanced CNC machine tools, and finished with luxurious and elegant two-tone imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying. It is high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant.
It adopts high-quality Sino-joint venture heating elements such as resistance wires, silicon carbide rods and silicon molybdenum rods. An air cooling system is equipped between the double-layer furnace shells to realize rapid cooling. The furnace boasts uniform temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, adjustable heating, holding and cooling rates, as well as excellent energy-saving performance.
The furnace chamber is constructed of composite alumina fiber materials by CNC technology. It features outstanding thermal shock resistance, strong resistance to rapid heating and cooling, and good corrosion resistance. It does not collapse, crystallize or shed slag, causes no pollution, and enjoys a long service life.
The control system adopts computer artificial intelligence regulation technology with PID regulation, automatic control and self-tuning functions. It supports multi-segment program programming to set various heating, holding and cooling procedures with high temperature control accuracy. It adopts integrated module silicon controlled rectifier control and phase-shift triggering. The protection system provides independent protection against over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current, electric leakage, short circuit and other faults. It features a high degree of automation, with all technical indicators reaching advanced industry standards.

Control |
Adopts closed-loop technology, controllable silicon module trigger control, phase-shift trigger control method. Output voltage, current or power are continuously adjustable, with the characteristics of constant voltage, constant current or constant power; the current loop is the inner loop, and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When the sudden load or no-load current exceeds the limit value, the output current of the regulator is within the rated current range to ensure the normal operation of the output and regulator. At the same time, the voltage loop also participates in regulation, so that the output current of the regulator is within the rated current range. Under the premise of sufficient regulation margin, it maintains the constancy of the output current and voltage; thereby protecting the heating elements from excessive current and voltage impact, achieving safe and reliable control effect and control precision. |

Safety Protection |
1. When using the electric furnace for the first time or after long-term shutdown, baking is required; otherwise, it is easy to cause furnace cracking. 2. Keep clean regularly and check whether the furnace wiring is in good contact. 3. When using the electric furnace, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. It is forbidden to pour various flammable liquids and molten metals into the furnace. 4. During operation, generally below 300℃, the heating rate should not be too fast, because the furnace chamber is cold at the beginning of heating and needs to absorb a lot of heat. |

Friendly Tips |
1. To ensure the normal service life of the equipment, please do not run at the rated temperature for a long time. 2. Carefully check and verify the quantity of goods and accessories upon receipt to avoid inconvenience caused by missing or incorrect items. 3. To extend the service life of the instrument, we recommend a heating rate and cooling rate of 10℃/min. 4. The cooling rate should not exceed 5℃/min. 5. This furnace has no vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced. 6. After this furnace has been used for a period of time, slight cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect usage. At the same time, it can be repaired with alumina coating. |
