The High Vacuum Tube Furnace LYL-12FZGL is a new generation of energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and innovative electric furnace developed through independent R&D, incorporating advanced technology. It features a sophisticated and rational structure with a refined, aesthetically pleasing design. The outer casing is constructed from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by CNC machine tools, and finished with a premium, durable two-tone imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray coating, providing resistance to high temperatures and corrosion. High-quality resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, or molybdenum disilicide rods serve as heating elements. The double-layer furnace shell with an air insulation layer maintains a low surface temperature. The furnace offers advantages such as a balanced temperature field, low exterior surface temperature, adjustable heating rates, and energy efficiency. The furnace chamber is constructed from ceramic fiber material using a CNC process, ensuring excellent thermal shock resistance, tolerance to rapid heating and cooling, corrosion resistance, and is resistant to sagging, crystallization, and dusting, with no pollution and a long service life. The control system utilizes microcomputer-based artificial intelligence regulation technology, featuring PID adjustment, fully automatic control, and auto-tuning functions. It supports multi-segment programmable profiles for various heating and holding steps, achieving high temperature control accuracy. It employs integrated thyristor modules and phase-shift triggering. The protection system includes independent safeguards against over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, leakage, and short circuits. The equipment boasts a high degree of automation, with all indicators meeting advanced standards.

Product Features
The casing employs a specially designed double-layer structure of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, with a high-temperature baked paint finish for lasting durability.
Air insulation provides benefits such as a balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, and fast heating rates.
The specially designed vacuum system is easy to operate, achieves a high vacuum level, and has minimal leakage. It uses a molecular pump combined with a foreline pump (ultimate vacuum: 10⁻⁵ Pa).
The sealing system utilizes stainless steel flanges, furnace tubes, and high-temperature resistant O-ring silicone rubber seals. Gas flow is regulated by a flow meter and needle valve. The valve control system includes inlet, outlet, and vacuum valves, allowing for the introduction of inert gases like nitrogen and argon.
The furnace chamber is constructed from imported composite alumina fiber material using a special process, resulting in approximately 60% energy savings compared to traditional electric furnaces.
The control system uses microcomputer-based AI regulation technology, supporting multi-segment programmable profiles for heating, holding, and cooling steps, with high precision. It features crystal modular thyristor control and phase-shift triggering, along with high-quality heating elements.
The digital control panel includes protection functions against over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, thermocouple break, and power failure.

Keep clean regularly and check whether the furnace wiring is in good contact. 3. When using the electric furnace, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. It is forbidden to pour various flammable liquids and molten metals into the furnace. 4. During operation, generally below 300℃, the heating rate should not be too fast, because the furnace chamber is cold at the beginning of heating and needs to absorb a lot of heat. |

Friendly Tips |
1. To ensure the normal service life of the equipment, please do not run at the rated temperature for a long time. 2. Carefully check and verify the quantity of goods and accessories upon receipt to avoid inconvenience caused by missing or incorrect items. 3. To extend the service life of the instrument, we recommend a heating rate and cooling rate of 10℃/min. 4. The cooling rate should not exceed 5℃/min. 5. This furnace has no vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced. 6. After this furnace has been used for a period of time, slight cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect usage. At the same time, it can be repaired with alumina coating. |
