Equipment Introduction (Brief Introduction)
The high-temperature bogie furnace LYL-14TL adopts advanced technology and is independently developed and manufactured as a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly electric furnace. It has an elegant and generous appearance with an advanced and reasonable structure and simple, convenient operation. The outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by precision CNC machine tools, and finished with luxurious and beautiful two-tone imported epoxy powder electrostatic spraying technology. It features high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and long-lasting color fastness.
The furnace features a uniform temperature field, a double-layer insulated furnace body with a surface temperature close to ambient, adjustable heating rates, and other advantages. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported ultra-high-temperature composite fiber material using CNC-controlled processes, offering strong thermal shock resistance, excellent resistance to rapid heating and cooling, good corrosion resistance, and resistance to collapse, crystallization, and slag shedding. It is non-polluting and has a long service life.
The control system utilizes microcomputer-based intelligent regulation technology, featuring PID control, full automation, self-tuning functions, and multi-segment programmable cycles for creating various heating, holding, and cooling profiles. It offers high temperature control accuracy, high energy efficiency, and excellent stability.
The protection system employs independent safeguards for overtemperature, overpressure, overcurrent, thermocouple break, power failure, leakage, and short circuit.
The furnace hearth roller conveyor can be electrically driven out of the furnace body, facilitating material loading and unloading and improving work efficiency.
Furthermore, through our self-developed control software, the furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control (single or multiple furnaces), furnace startup/shutdown, temperature program setting and storage, historical curve viewing, and printing.

Safety Protection |
1. When using the electric furnace for the first time or after long-term shutdown, baking is required; otherwise, it is easy to cause furnace cracking. 2. Keep clean regularly and check whether the furnace wiring is in good contact. 3. When using the electric furnace, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. It is forbidden to pour various flammable liquids and molten metals into the furnace. 4. During operation, generally below 300℃, the heating rate should not be too fast, because the furnace chamber is cold at the beginning of heating and needs to absorb a lot of heat. |

Friendly Tips |
1. To ensure the normal service life of the equipment, please do not run at the rated temperature for a long time. 2. Carefully check and verify the quantity of goods and accessories upon receipt to avoid inconvenience caused by missing or incorrect items. 3. To extend the service life of the instrument, we recommend a heating rate and cooling rate of 10℃/min. 4. The cooling rate should not exceed 5℃/min. 5. This furnace has no vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced. 6. After this furnace has been used for a period of time, slight cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect usage. At the same time, it can be repaired with alumina coating. |
