PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

     The rotary kiln LYL-XGYL8068 is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and innovative electric furnace, developed and produced in-house by introducing advanced foreign technology. It features a sophisticated and rational structure with an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The exterior casing is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by advanced CNC machine tools, and finished with a luxurious, durable two-tone imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray coating, offering high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. It utilizes high-quality resistance wire as heating elements and a double-layer shell with air insulation, resulting in a low surface temperature. The furnace offers advantages such as a uniform temperature field, adjustable heating, holding, and cooling rates, and energy efficiency. The entire furnace chamber is constructed from alumina polycrystalline fiber material using a unique CNC process, providing excellent thermal shock resistance, rapid heating/cooling tolerance, corrosion resistance, resistance to collapse and crystallization, no pollution, and a long service life. The control system employs microcomputer-based AI regulation technology, featuring PID adjustment, automatic control, and auto-tuning functions. It supports multi-segment programmable profiles for various heating, holding, and cooling steps, ensuring high temperature control accuracy. It utilizes integrated thyristor modules and phase-shift triggering. The protection system includes independent over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, leakage, and short-circuit protection. The equipment boasts a high degree of automation, with all key indicators meeting advanced standards.

This equipment is widely used in higher education institutions, research institutes, and industrial/mining enterprises for experiments and production involving powder, electronics, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, ceramics, glass, new materials, chemical industry, metal sintering, and metal heat treatment.

The system includes paperless recording; historical curves can be exported via USB for viewing/printing on a computer. Utilizes integrated thyristor modules and phase-shift triggering. Multi-interface display shows the main control screen and process curves. Chinese HMI programming allows automatic operation (automatic heating, holding, cooling) without supervision.

  14. Indicator Lights: Equipped with red, yellow, and green lights to indicate equipment operational status at all times, facilitating operator monitoring. Automatic alarm triggers for conditions like over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, leakage, or short circuit.


  15. Heating Elements: High-quality spiral resistance wire (joint venture), embedded installation, heating from all sides.


  16. Temperature Sensing Element: K-type (0-1300°C) thermocouple.


  17. Furnace Chamber Opening: The heating furnace body can be opened with electric assistance, ensuring no heat leakage during operation and convenient access for chamber maintenance, tube maintenance, and part replacement.


  18. Tilting: The furnace body tilt angle is adjustable, controlled conveniently via a hydraulic device with one-button operation.


  19. Tube Rotation Mechanism: One end of the tube is equipped with an electric gear-driven rotation system. The rotation speed is adjustable via a frequency converter. The other end has a bearing guide to ensure smooth tube rotation.


  20. Gas Inlet/Outlet: The feeding port has a gas inlet, and the discharge port has an exhaust port. Air can be introduced to promote/assist material oxidation inside the furnace.


  21. Feeder Device: The feed screw mainly consists of a screw, gearbox, hopper, and geared motor. Driven by the motor, two eccentric shafts rotate, generating power to drive the screw, thus propelling the material forward to achieve feeding.
