PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Brief Introduction
The LYL-12JS series top-opening atmosphere pit-type furnace adopts advanced technologies and is a new energy-saving, environmentally friendly lifting pit-type furnace independently developed and manufactured. It features an advanced and reasonable structure with an elegant and decent appearance.
The furnace shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by advanced CNC machine tools, and finished with an imported two-color epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process. It is high-temperature resistant and corrosion resistant. Equipped with premium heating elements and an air cooling system arranged between the double-layer furnace shells, the furnace can cool down rapidly. It has the advantages of uniform temperature field, low furnace surface temperature, fast heating and cooling rate, and outstanding energy-saving performance.
The furnace chamber is constructed of imported composite alumina fiber materials through CNC technology. It features excellent thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance, with no collapse, crystallization, slag falling or pollution, and delivers a long service life.
The control system adopts microcomputer artificial intelligence regulation technology, equipped with PID regulation, automatic control and self-tuning functions. It supports multi-segment program programming to set various heating, holding and cooling procedures with high temperature control accuracy. It adopts integrated module SCR control and phase-shift triggering.
The protection system is provided with independent over-temperature protection, as well as over-pressure, over-current, electric leakage and short-circuit protection functions. With a high degree of automation, all technical indicators have reached the advanced industry level.

This equipment is widely used in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises for experimental and production purposes involving powder, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, new materials, chemical engineering, metal sintering and metal heat treatment.
