PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Brief Introduction
The LYL-12J series top-opening pit-type furnace is a new energy-saving and eco-friendly electric furnace independently developed and manufactured with the introduction of advanced technologies. It adopts an advanced and rational structural design and features an elegant and streamlined appearance.
The furnace shell is fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by advanced CNC machine tools, and finished with an imported two-tone epoxy powder electrostatic spraying technology. It delivers excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Equipped with premium heating elements and an air cooling system arranged between the double-layer furnace shells, the furnace can achieve rapid cooling. It boasts outstanding advantages including uniform temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast heating and cooling rates, and remarkable energy-saving effect.
The furnace chamber is constructed of imported composite alumina fiber materials by CNC forming technology. It features superior thermal shock resistance and good corrosion resistance, with no collapse, crystallization, slag falling or pollution, and enjoys a long service life.
The control system adopts microcomputer intelligent regulation technology, supporting PID regulation, automatic control and auto-tuning functions. It enables multi-segment program programming to set various heating, holding and cooling curves with high temperature control accuracy. It applies integrated module SCR control and phase-shift triggering.
The protection system is configured with independent over-temperature protection, as well as over-pressure, over-current, electric leakage and short-circuit protection functions. With a high degree of automation, all performance indicators have reached the advanced industry standard.

This equipment is widely used in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises for experimental and production purposes involving powder, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, new materials, chemical engineering, metal sintering and metal heat treatment.
