Brief Introduction
The LYL-10RJL series well-type resistance furnace is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly electric furnace independently developed and manufactured by introducing advanced technologies. It features an advanced and reasonable structure with an elegant and generous appearance.
The furnace shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates processed by advanced CNC machine tools, and finished with an imported two-tone epoxy powder electrostatic spraying process, delivering high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Equipped with premium heating elements and an air cooling system between the double-layer furnace shells, the furnace enables rapid cooling. It boasts advantages such as uniform temperature field, low surface temperature of the furnace body, fast heating and cooling rates, and excellent energy-saving performance.
The furnace chamber is constructed with imported composite alumina fiber materials via CNC technology, featuring strong thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance, no collapse, no crystallization, no slag falling, zero pollution and long service life.
The control system adopts microcomputer artificial intelligence regulation technology, supporting PID regulation, automatic control and self-tuning functions. It allows multi-section program programming to set various heating, holding and cooling curves with high temperature control accuracy. It adopts integrated module silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) control and phase-shift triggering. The protection system is equipped with independent over-temperature protection, as well as over-pressure, over-current, electric leakage and short-circuit protection functions. With a high degree of automation, all technical indicators have reached the advanced industry level.

This equipment is widely used in universities, scientific research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises for experimental and production purposes involving powder, electronics, metallurgy, medicine, ceramics, new materials, chemical engineering, metal sintering and metal heat treatment.
