The complete set of LYL-18WDL Mesh Belt Furnace consists of three major parts: furnace body, mesh belt drive system, and temperature control system.

The furnace body is composed of feeding zone, pre-burning zone, sintering zone, slow cooling zone, water cooling zone and discharging zone.
The mesh belt drive system includes high-temperature resistant mesh belt and transmission device. The running speed of the mesh belt is adjusted by a frequency converter, equipped with a digital mesh belt speed measuring device for direct reading of belt speed.
The temperature control system consists of thermocouples, digital intelligent PID regulators and silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR), forming a closed-loop control system to realize automatic temperature control.
The heating elements adopt FEC ceramic heating plates or ceramic heating rods. The temperature control system is controlled by imported Japanese multi-section intelligent program temperature controllers. A data communication interface can be configured as required.
It features variable frequency stepless speed regulation, heat-resistant steel mesh belt conveying, and a large wrap-angle tensioner design, ensuring stable product transportation.
