Equipment Structure
The unit adopts a combined side and top air duct circulation system. It features double doors with flush-mounted concealed latches and is sealed with high-temperature silicone rubber strips. Four swivel casters are installed at the base for mobility.
Interior Material
Constructed from 304 stainless steel using argon arc full welding to ensure excellent airtightness.
Air Duct Material
Made of 304 stainless steel, fixed by sheet metal bending and forming.
Exterior Material
The exterior utilizes 1.2mm thick cold-rolled carbon steel plate. It undergoes anti-rust treatment followed by electrostatic spraying for scratch resistance.
Reinforcement Frame
Built with 5# and 4# angle iron, partially reinforced with channel-type sheet metal welding for structural integrity.
Insulation Material
Filled with 120K grade high-density aluminum silicate fiber. The insulation layer thickness is 100mm.
Side Exhaust Port
Diameter: 120mm, designed to connect to external piping.
Control Box
Features a side-mounted control box installed on the left side of the machine.
Temperature Control Method
Utilizes a PT100 platinum resistance sensor for signal input, with an accuracy of ±0.5%.
Temperature Control Device
Employs a P.I.D intelligent temperature control instrument featuring LED digital display and setting, P.I.D automatic calculation, and timer functions.
Temperature Control Output
SSR (Solid State Relay) output.
Heating Method
Adopts far-infrared 304 stainless steel "W" type heating tubes, designed for a continuous service life exceeding 60,000 hours.
Circulation Motor
Equipped with two 1100W long-shaft oven motors paired with multi-blade centrifugal fans. Motors feature vibration-proof design and self-cooling. (Wind speed is adjustable).
Safety Protection Measures
Includes leakage circuit breakers, over-temperature protection, phase failure protection, motor overload current protection, and an audible buzzer alarm for machine abnormalities.
