Brief Introduction
The High-Temperature Dental Furnace LYL-20DKL is a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly electric furnace developed through in-house R&D, incorporating advanced technology. The equipment features a modern, aesthetically pleasing design, a sophisticated and rational structure, and is simple and convenient to operate. The exterior casing is crafted from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed with advanced CNC machine tools, and finished with a premium, durable two-tone imported epoxy powder electrostatic spray coating, providing resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, and permanent color retention.
The furnace offers a uniform temperature field, a double-layer insulated furnace body that keeps the surface temperature close to ambient, and adjustable heating rates. The furnace chamber is constructed from imported high-temperature composite fiber materials using a CNC process, ensuring excellent thermal shock resistance, tolerance to rapid heating and cooling, corrosion resistance, and is resistant to sagging, crystallization, and dusting, with no pollution and a long service life.
The control system utilizes microcomputer-based intelligent regulation technology, featuring PID adjustment, full automatic control, and auto-tuning functions. It supports multi-segment program programming, allowing for the creation of various heating, holding, and cooling profiles, achieving high temperature control precision, excellent energy efficiency, and high stability.
The protection system includes independent safeguards against: over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, thermocouple break, power failure, leakage, and short circuit.
Furthermore, through our self-developed control software, the furnace can be connected to a computer, enabling remote control (start/stop), program setting, program storage, historical curve viewing, and printing for a single furnace or multiple units.
Application
This equipment is primarily used for the processing and fabrication of dental porcelain powders. The furnace employs heating from all sides, resulting in a more uniform temperature field compared to traditional muffle or crystallization furnaces. The sintered dental crowns exhibit better transparency and consistency. The more user-friendly bottom-loading mode provides convenient loading and unloading of materials. It is an ideal choice for dental laboratories.

Safety Protection |
1. When using the electric furnace for the first time or after long-term shutdown, baking is required; otherwise, it is easy to cause furnace cracking. 2. Keep clean regularly and check whether the furnace wiring is in good contact. 3. When using the electric furnace, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature to avoid damaging the heating elements. It is forbidden to pour various flammable liquids and molten metals into the furnace. 4. During operation, generally below 300℃, the heating rate should not be too fast, because the furnace chamber is cold at the beginning of heating and needs to absorb a lot of heat. |

Friendly Tips |
1. To ensure the normal service life of the equipment, please do not run at the rated temperature for a long time. 2. Carefully check and verify the quantity of goods and accessories upon receipt to avoid inconvenience caused by missing or incorrect items. 3. To extend the service life of the instrument, we recommend a heating rate and cooling rate of 10℃/min. 4. The cooling rate should not exceed 5℃/min. 5. This furnace has no vacuum sealing structure, so flammable and explosive gases must not be introduced. 6. After this furnace has been used for a period of time, slight cracks may appear in the furnace chamber, which is a normal phenomenon and will not affect usage. At the same time, it can be repaired with alumina coating. |
